About ISO 9001

ISO 9001 specifies that an organisation’s quality management system must: a) demonstrate the ability to consistently deliver products and services that meet customer requirements and applicable laws and regulations, and b) set itself the goal of increasing customer satisfaction by applying the system effectively. All requirements in this international standard are general and intended to be applicable to any organization, regardless of its type, size or the products and services it provides. About ISO 27001

ISO 27001 offers a comprehensive approach to information security. Information resources that must be protected according to this standard vary from digital information, paper information and physical resources (computers and networks) to knowledge that is available to employees. Areas of focus here range from competence development of employees to technical protection against computer fraud. The ISO 27001 standard offers organisations a process-oriented approach for setting up, implementing, managing, monitoring, evaluating, maintaining and improving the information security management system.
